About ATC

The first civil aircraft composite parts manufacturing facility in the South Caucasus

ATC specializes in the manufacturing of advanced composite parts & structural assemblies, adhering to the latest state-of-the-art aviation manufacturing standards required for civil aircraft.  Our dedication to quality and precision has positioned us as a trusted partner in the global aerospace industry.

Our journey began with a significant milestone: the first products manufactured at ATC were acquired by Boeing, the world's largest aerospace company This early success underscores our capability and commitment to meeting the stringent demands of industry leaders. Looking ahead, ATC aims to expand its customer portfolio to include other prominent aircraft manufacturers.

At the heart of ATC's operations is a highly skilled workforce of up to 200 professionals. These individuals have undergone rigorous training programs conducted by experts from Elbit Systems Cyclone and ATC, ensuring they possess the specialized knowledge and expertise required for advanced composite manufacturing.

Our commitment to excellence is further validated by our comprehensive suite of certifications, including ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO14001 (Environmental Management), ISO/AS9100 (Aerospace Quality Management System), NADCAP NDI (Non-Destructive Testing), NADCAP Composite, and Boeing Qualifications (D1-4426 and BSS7119). These accreditations demonstrate our unwavering dedication to maintaining the highest standards in every aspect of our operations.

Composite Parts

Carbon Fiber Reinforced Parts – Precision manufacturing of structural composites

Low-Temp Autoclave Cure Fiberglass Epoxy Parts

Carbon Fiber Composite & Honeycomb Sandwich Panels

Structural Assemblies

Structural assembly is a significant innovation in modern aircraft design, primarily due to the extensive use of composite materials, which offer superior strength-to-weight ratios compared to traditional metals. Each shift allows for lighter airframes, improved fuel efficiency and reduced maintenance requirements.

Clean Room

Clean Room is a controlled environment designed to minimize contamination from dust, particles, humidity and etc. ATC Clean Room is equipped with qualified equipment per Boeing - BSS7119.

Ply Cutter - For accurately cutting composite prepreg plies to specific shapes and sizes

OLT Projectors - Optical Laser Template projectors guide technicians in precise ply placement

Hot Drape Former - Used to heat and form composite plies over complex molds or shapes

Autoclave

In a composite manufacturing World, an autoclave is a high-pressure, high-temperature chamber used to cure composite materials with a specification defined curing recipes. ATC-owned Modern Autoclaves are qualified per Boeing - BSS7113.

CNC Machines

ATC High-end 5 Axis trim & Drill CNC machines, provide capability of Wet and Dry Cut of Composite, Honeycomb Sandwich Parts and Honeycomb Materials as well.

Chemical Treatment Line

The chemical treatment line is used to perform phosphoric acid anodization (PAA) of aluminum panels in compliance with Boeing requirements. It is equipped with process tanks for alkaline cleaning, etching, stripping, and rinsing. The anodized panels are then used to manufacture mechanical test specimens for adhesive materials applied in ATC production.
